Noted Taylor Swift besties, Blake Lively and Gigi Hadid, are sharing an outpouring of love on Instagram to mark Lively’s 36th birthday.Both Lively and Hadid referred to each other as “sisters” and have apparently bonded over raising daughters—with Lively joking that Hadid co-parents her kids, which she shares with hubby, Ryan Reynolds.
To mark Lively’s birthday on August 25, Gigi, 28, posted a never-before-seen pic of the two enjoying a cosy breakfast at home.
The accompanying message, posted to Instagram stories, read: “Pretty sure this pic is before her (our) baby number 1 but I just love it [because] I still feel like the baby of the group. Lots-o-angelbabies later, u are a magical friend and mamma — protective, warm, witty, thoughtful, talented, H๏τ!”Ur made of all the good stuff like rainbow sprinkles and ʙuттer and bourbon whipped creme. And lobster salad. Lots of lobster salad.
“Thank you for your light and example sister [Blake Lively]. Wishing you the best year yet. U know ily!”
Reposting Hadid’s Instagram story, Lively added: “This was before baby #3 for me and 1 for you.”
“Co-parenting with you, whether you agree to raise my children or not, is one of my life’s greatest joys,” Lively joked.
“Love you mama, sister, friend.”
Lively has four children with Reynolds (46). The two have three daughters, James (8), Inez (6), Betty (3), and welcomed a baby in February 2023, whose name we do not know.
Meanwhile, Hadid welcomed a daughter, Khai, with ex Zayn Malik in 2020.
Both Hadid and Lively currently reside in New York.
The two met in 2015 via mutual friend Taylor Swift. The trio were seen dining together in April 2023, alongside the Haim sisters, in between stops on Swift’s record-breaking Eras Tour.
The dinner drummed up a spot of controversy, as fans noted that, shortly after, Lively and Hadid, as well as Reynolds, had unfollowed Swift’s recent ex, Joe Alwyn.
While Lively and Hadid haven’t attended a Swift concert together, the two have both attended stops on the Eras Tour separately to cheer on their other bestie.
