If you watched the premiere episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashian’s two Sundays ago, then you would have seen sisters Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian having a not-so-secret meeting about their latest Kylie Cosmetics x KKW Beauty collaboration. The scene featured the two siblings testing out different samples of fragrances in pink, peach, and red bottles shaped just like lips. Now, the duo are taking to social media to share the news and give fans an official look at the perfumes they created together.
On Monday, Kardashian unveiled one of the stunning campaign shots on her Instagram, writing, “Three colorful bottles in nude, pink and red. These lip-shaped fragrances offer notes of red lotus blossoms, liquid amber and peony.” She also added details about when they’ll be available and how much they’ll retail for. They’re due to drop on April 26 (that’s next week), and one bottle will set you back $40. The mom of three also shared even more teasers of the lip-focused campaign on her Instagram Stories, as well as a video of Ky announcing the news, too.
“No one understands how excited I am for this because I’ve been such a true fan of Kim’s fragrances since the first one she ever dropped,” Jenner says via her Instagram Stories. “I’m just obsessed and can’t believe I have my own,” she adds. What’s more: She says her friends are in love with them, too. “Ariel keeps bugging me about when they’re coming out,” she says, referring to her longtime makeup artist and good friend, makeupbyariel.
It’s safe to say people are going to lose it over this — especially considering this marks the 21-year-old’s first fragrance launch. Here’s to hoping it’s just as amazing as her makeup. The KKW Beauty x Kylie Cosmetics fragrances will be available April 26 on kkwbeauty.com and kyliecosmetics.com for $40 each.
