Megan Fox was slammed into railings during an altercation in Orange County, during an evening out with fiancé Machine Gun Kelly. The couple have had a tough few months after announcing their engagement last January.
Attempting to put their issues to one side, they opted for a night out at the Orange County Fair on Thursday when their date was interrupted. In a video obtained by TMZ, Megan, 37, could be seen making her way off a ride with her beau, 33, when a random man approached them. According to the outlet, an eyewitness claimed that he attempted to punch the musician when their bodyguard got in the way.
The footage showed the moment the security guard jumped into action, seemingly pushing the Transformers actress into a fence to stop the attacker. MGK was quick to approach his partner and pull her away from the scuffle, with a fan filming the moment they swiftly left the scene, before their security team followed them. Other videos making the rounds on TikTok saw the dad-of-one keeping his arm around the Jennifer’s Body star as they wandered through the fair.
It is not clear whether Megan sustained any injuries from the incident, with the pair yet to speak out publicly.
The lovebirds started dating in 2020 after meeting on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrᴀss, and announced their engagement at the beginning of 2022. However, Megan sparked speculation that they had gone their separate ways earlier this year when she deleted all traces of the Home musician from her Instagram.
She also uploaded a string of now-deleted selfies with lyrics from Beyonce’s Pray You Catch Me in the caption.
Amid claims that they had taken a break from their relationship, an insider told DailyMail.com in April: ‘They’re officially back on after going through a rocky patch in their relationship.
